Bright prospect ahead of Muslims

Islamic Revolution Leader Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei told an official audience Wednesday that the prospect of the world of Islam was brighter and more hopeful than past and that the Islamic umma would advance to the point of dignity.

Imam Khamenei said a fruit of the blessed month of Ramadan was spiritual immaculacy and company with God to which the Islamic umma had need more than past.

Imam Khamenei touched on the difficult time of Muslims in the past which was rife with negligence and hopelessness, adding that despite heavy pressures from world domineering powers, the prospect of the Muslims has turned bright at present thank to Islamic awakening.

"The prospect of Muslims is brighter than ever. Even the enemies of Islam admit to their feebleness and defeat," the IR Leader said, adding that in order to materialize the prospective dignity, the Muslims must engage in a diligent campaign in political, intellectual, scientific and moral spheres.

Imam Khamenei said the current situation in Middle East bore testimony to the feeble status of the international arrogance.

"The regime of the United States of America which in the wake of the collapse of the former Soviet considered itself unchallenged and reeve of global village has now faced dead ends and blind knots in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq and Afghanistan. They themselves look frustrated about their projects," Imam Khamenei said.

Concerning the recent US encroachments on Pakistan, Imam Khamenei said that the Americans would end up in failure also in their encroachments on Pakistan "because Muslims are awakened and beam with spirit of perseverance."

Imam Khamenei said the Muslims are in need of divine assistance in order to keep progress, adding that the Muslim Iranian nation in the past 30 years have stood against the arrogant superpowers by relying on God and makes progress day by day.

"We must cherish the divine blessings and solidify our resolve and hope in future," the IR Leader urged.
